01
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Classat (“Classat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Classat, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If applicable law requires authorization from a parent or guardian, you may use Classat only with that valid authorization. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for activity completed through your verified account.
02
What Classat provides
Classat is a Riyadh fitness booking service. It brings together sessions offered by independent boutique studios and private 1-on-1 sessions offered through Classat One. Guests may browse without an account; a verified customer account is required to buy or receive credits, book, join a waitlist, manage a booking, check in, or submit a review.
Studio schedules, availability, instructors, venues, and session details can change. The information shown at the time you confirm a booking forms part of that booking. We may correct clear errors or remove a session that cannot be delivered, and will handle affected credits as described below.
03
Credits, packs, and plans
- Credits are a limited-purpose booking unit used only within Classat. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
- A pack is a one-time purchase of credits. A plan may grant credits on a recurring cycle and may use automatic or manual renewal, as shown before purchase.
- Each product shows its Saudi-riyal price, credit amount, validity period, renewal mode, and any available freeze terms before you confirm.
- Credits may expire. The applicable expiry date is shown in the wallet. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, expired credits cannot be used or restored.
- Classat may correct a wallet entry created by error, fraud, a reversed transaction, or a valid refund, while preserving the audit history of the correction.
04
Purchases and payment
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include VAT where stated or required. When live payments are enabled, payment credentials are submitted to the configured payment provider and the payment result is confirmed through the provider before credits are granted. Classat does not promise that every payment method will be available for every purchase or renewal.
A test, demo, or app-review version may use simulated payment transactions. A simulated transaction does not create a real charge and has no cash value. The app will identify the price and the applicable flow before confirmation.
If a completed charge is not reflected in your wallet, contact support with the receipt or transaction reference. Do not repeat the purchase unless the app tells you the first attempt failed.
05
Booking and seat holds
A booking is confirmed only when Classat displays confirmation and creates the ticket in your account. During checkout, Classat may hold a seat for the time shown. If the hold expires before the booking completes, the seat returns to availability.
The displayed credit price is debited when the booking is confirmed. You may not book the same session more than once, transfer a ticket, resell a place, share an entry code for another person, or try to bypass capacity, gender, eligibility, or availability rules.
06
Cancellations, no-shows, and waitlists
Unless a stricter requirement is clearly shown before booking, a customer may cancel until 24 hours before the session starts. A valid cancellation inside that free window returns the booking credits to the wallet. After the cutoff, the booking cannot be cancelled and the credits are not returned. Classat does not charge a separate cancellation or no-show penalty fee.
If a studio or Classat cancels a session, the associated booking credits are returned. Other compensation is not automatic and is subject to applicable law and any remedy expressly offered for that event.
A marketplace session may offer a waitlist. If a place opens, the offer is held for the period shown in the app and expires if it is not claimed. Classat One sessions do not use waitlists.
07
Check-in and attendance
Bring the ticket shown in the app. A studio or trainer may scan the QR code or enter the short code manually. Arrive with enough time to follow the venue’s entry and safety requirements. A late arrival may be refused when admitting you would be unsafe or materially disrupt the session, and the booking may be treated as a no-show where permitted.
08
Studios and Classat One
Marketplace studios are independent businesses responsible for their premises, instructors, equipment, session delivery, and compliance with applicable requirements. Classat provides the booking and payment framework and supports resolution of booking issues, but does not direct every act of an independent studio.
Classat One is first-party private training offered through Classat. The trainer, duration, location mode, price, and available time are shown before booking. A location may be the trainer’s venue, a Classat venue, or another place expressly offered for that session.
09
Fitness, health, and safety
Fitness activity involves inherent risk. Classat does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for choosing an activity suitable for your condition, following reasonable safety instructions, using equipment properly, and telling the studio or trainer about relevant limitations where appropriate. Seek qualified medical advice before participating if you have a condition, injury, pregnancy, symptoms, or other concern that may affect safe exercise.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
10
Reviews and acceptable use
You may review only a session you attended. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience and must not be unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, abusive, deceptive, promotional, or disclose another person’s private information. We may moderate, reject, or remove content that violates these terms or the law.
- Do not access another person’s account or attempt to defeat authentication or security controls.
- Do not interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, scrape restricted data, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where the law expressly allows it.
- Do not use Classat to commit fraud, harass a customer, studio, or trainer, or make a booking you do not intend to honor.
11
Suspension and service changes
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers or partners, investigate fraud or misuse, comply with law, address a security risk, or enforce these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and available next step.
We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features. A change will not remove a confirmed booking or paid entitlement without an appropriate remedy required by law or stated in the affected product terms.
12
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Classat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these terms. Classat is not responsible for failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as severe infrastructure outages, government action, or an emergency affecting a venue.
Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any responsibility or customer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please contact Classat first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. If it cannot be resolved, the dispute may be submitted to the competent authorities or courts in the Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer right or dispute process that applies.
14
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or law. We will publish the effective date and provide additional notice when required. For questions or support, contact support@classat.fit. Privacy and personal-data requests may be sent to privacy@classat.fit.
